“Program Description: Rogue Ridge Apartments will be a beautiful, brand new, apartment complex located at 1651 Ashland Street Ashland, OR 97520 (just behind Rogue Credit Union). Rogue Ridge will offer 28 total units, including 23 program-designated units offering affordable, Supportive Housing. The complex will have a resident manager on-site, as well as support services.

Rogue Ridge will offer 23-studio, one 2-bedroom, and two 3-bedroom units for future tenants. There will also be 2-units (one 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom) reserved for staff, including a Resident Manager who will live on-site and a Peer Support Specialist who will be available 7 days a week and provide 24/7 access to support. In addition, there will be an activity room/office located on the property where residents can receive supportive services, including but not limited to, case management, counseling, and skills training.” (from ColumbiaCare Services website)
